Terms and Conditions

  • If picked up at your home, please be on time since we like to be early
  • If departing with us from MoerelaSpar, Pretoria East please note that the Busses run on tight schedules and will depart on time.
  • Once booking is confirmed you will receive your booking confirmation via WhatsApp and/or Email.
  • For your comfort and safety no smoking, drinking or eating is allowed on The Pink Bus Airport Shuttles or Pink Buddy vehicles 
  • No loud playing of Music or Videos 
  • Our Pink Bus Airport Shuttles and Pink Buddy vehicles are Satellite Monitored and may not and will not deviate from prescribed routes.
  • Passengers must please be at the respective departure or pick-up points 10 minutes prior to the departure time. (Halfway pick-up point time may vary due to traffic)
  • The Pink Bus Company may use Different vehicles and employ Sub-Contractors, depending on time of day, number of passengers requiring transport and availability of shuttles, Busses, Mini-Busses and cars on different and specific routes.
  • The Pink Bus and Pink Buddies from time to time use Sub-Contractors to transport passengers.
  • The Pink Bus nor the Pink Buddies can in any way be held liable for Bad Driving, being late or any bad behavior, speeding of any Pink Bus, Pink Buddy or Sub-Contractor vehicles nor will we be liable for any damages to Passengers, Luggage or belongings while driving, or left in any vehicle belonging to The Pink Bus, Pink Buddies or any Sub-Contractors.
  • Passengers are requested never to leave any belongings in any of our own or Sub-Contractor vehicles.
  • Any passenger not arriving on time may waive their rights to travel and such ticket/s may be made available to standby passengers on a first come, first served basis.
  • The “PINK BUS” (Pty) Ltd. does not take any Responsibility for Passenger Safety, Passenger Luggage or for the safety of Parked Vehicles or their contents.
  • The Pink Bus and Pink Buddies reserves the right to change any vehicles (Cars, Mini-Busses and Larger Busses) and drivers booked by clients. The number of clients, distances, destinations, pick-up addresses, time of trips and availability of vehicles may effect Bookings. We ensure our passengers of a Seat, safety, space for their limited luggage and on time transfers.
  • Refund Policy: The Pink Bus Company does not refund any Money paid.
  • In the event of the Pink Bus Company not being able to Pick Up Clients due to unforeseen circumstances, such client shall be notified as early as possible before such departure or pick-up.
  • The Pink Bus cannot in any way be held responsible for being late and passengers loosing their flights.
  • Each fare paying passenger is permitted to take TWO pieces of Luggage, one item of carry-on Aircraft luggage and one piece of personal luggage not exceeding total volume of 80 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm in size or total mass not exceeding 40 kg. In the event of the Passenger Luggage exceeding this 40 kg per Adult Passenger Luggage limitation, 50% of the trip fee shall be payable for such extra weight, if the Luggage volume is not excessive and reasonable in the mind of the Chauffeur (Bus Driver).
  • All luggage must be transported in the cargo hold of the Bus (or Trailer if available).
  • NO LUGGAGE MAY BE PLACED ON ANY SEATS or inside the Bus.
  • Extra Bags, Golf Clubs, Prams, Sound Equipment, Boxes etc. MUST BE BOOKED IN SEPARATELY and pre-arranged in advanced with Pink Bus Management via WhatsApp or Email
  • One Notebook Computer Bag, Tablet or a reasonably sized Hand Bag or Male purse may be carried onboard.
  • NO LIQUID BEVERAGES (including and not limited to Cold Drinks, Coffee, Tea, Liquor, Beer, Wine or Water) may be consumed on The PINK BUS vehicles.
  • NO FOOD, MEALS, SWEETS, CHIPS. BUBBLE GUM OR ANY KIND OF SNACKS may UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES be taken BY ANY PERSON into the Pink Bus, or be consumed by Passengers or Siblings while waiting inside, or traveling on the Pink Bus. A CASH Fine of R 100 shall be payable for any contravention of this Rule. The Only Exclusion is for Tiny Babies needing to drink from a Sealed Bottle.
  • NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed 
  • The Chauffeur or Driver of the PINK BUS or Pink Buddies may at his own discretion BAN any passenger, WITHOUT REFUND if such passenger is under the Influence of alcohol or any other substance or if the Passenger  prevent or influence the safe and comfortable travel of The Pink Bus or Pink Buddies, and or its passengers.
  • Respect for other Passengers. PASSENGERS MAY not DISRUPT ANY OTHER PASSENGERS BY PLAYING MUSIC ON SOUND SYSTEMS, TELEPHONES OR COMPUTERS.
  • OUR BUSSES AND ALL TRIPS ARE MONITORED BY SATELLITE! Drivers are not allowed to wait beyond the scheduled departure times. Chauffeurs and Drivers are NOT PERMITTED to deviate from the FIXED routes for any reason whatsoever. No passengers may be dropped of or picked up from any other places for ANY REASONS. The Bus may not stop to pick up passengers that were delayed and that arrived late. Late arrivals will unfortunately forfeit their ride completely. Management may in CERTAIN cases and based on good Merits decide to credit your next ride with 50% of the Fee paid, but NO REFUNDS will ever be made or transfer of credits allowed.
    OUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
    When Passengers request a “Quotation* or “Trip booking” from us, we immediately reserve the Requested Driver AND Vehicle for the requested Times and trip/s.
    We do this in order to ensure that even if they “PAY LATE”, that the Driver and Vehicle will still be ready and available for our Passengers.
    Cancellation before 24hours of Pickup
    Payments made will be used to CREDIT Passengers for future trips.
    Cancellation within 24 hours of Pickup

    No Credits.

     

    Refunds
    Full Refunds will be made to clients IF and ONLY IF we cannot provide a Vehicle for the Nominated trip.
    No other refunds will be considered.
    Clients are requested through all our Communications to please Book their Trips THEMSELVES, ONLINE on our Website www.PinkBuddies.co.za to prevent any possible misunderstandings and to ensure that the Correct Vehicle and Price Structure is chosen by the Client.
    In the event of our Staff making Bookings on behalf of Clients who cannot do bookings due to Old Age or Disabilities, it is done for them in good faith.
    Clients are then expected to carefully CHECK all the trip details sent to them and to notify us immediately if  their are changes that needs to be made.
    Once Clients have made their Payments the Trip becomes “LIVE” on our Systems and the Clients will be picked up and Dropped off as per their requests.
    If notified in Writing, the Credits will apply as explained above.
    We cannot in ANY WAY BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for mistakes not picked up by Passengers who have received our written confirmations.

Booking Procedures.
1. Complete your Info online and Make your Payment and/or Whats App us your Name, Address, Trip Details, # of Passengers and Date and Time of Trip required (requesting a Formal Quote).
2. We will reply with a Price, a Provisional Booking confirmation and our Banking Details.
3. Please Confirm your Trip with Proof of Payment and your email address.
4. We will send you a Final Confirmation (and Tax Invoice if required).
5. Please Send us your Full Address and Pin Location (NOT LIVE LOCATION).
5. Confirm your Trip the Day before your flight by WhatsApp.
